I have a 2003 Monaco Exec 40 ft. The Aqua hot was not warming the living area or the bathroom, the bedroom was toasty warm. Took it in and they found one leaking pump out of 3 pumps. They replaced it and put antifreeze( about 8 gallons)back in. The aqua hot fires up and gets hot, problem is the living area and bathroom are still cold. any ideas what is going on????

better get it repaired as those things on diesel will heat your MH at 20 below zero; heck mine even works at 35 degrees on electric part of AH

The OLD Circ pumps have been discontinued. All you have now are the "New" pumps. The new pumps have a hose and mount nkit to retrofit to all older types. Usual cause of lack of circulation is that check valve. Older systems may need a Circ pump. Doug

actually one can still buy the old pumps but there really expensive like $550 for pump;;

Where? Aqua Hot only sells me the NEW ones, Doug

Iam assuming he has the AHE-100-02S - 12 VDC system that Monaco used in and around 2001 2002 etc
the "heatmyRv" guy advertises the old pumps for sale but as said $550
I bought a complete brand new not rebuilt burner motor assembly and control system from him last year at very good price; I see there up about 500$ this year

Thanks! Can you give me the info on the upgrades? Appreciate your help.

one thing I forgot about is your is a 2003 and even could be a 2002 unit there quit a bit different than the 2008 unit I was thinking of
they all work the same but the circulating pumps and valves are totally different; hope they figure it soon

The Aqua Hot is a pretty simple unit. BTW, that is NOT antifreeze, it's boiler fluid. Do NOT refill your reservoir with antifreeze. Anyway, the boiler fires and heats the fluid which in turn gives you heat inside your unit. Each one of those fans are separate from each other. Check to ensure each fan unit is functioning properly and getting fluid thru them. If it's an air lock, they should be able to easily bleed the system if they know what they're doing. Be sure, while they have it, that they service the nozzle assembly and also check the fuel pump pressure.

You said they've only had it since Monday. I think two weeks is a dealer minimum to keep your coach regardless of the 'fix'...:)....Dennis

the boiler fluid is actually also a anti freeze the OP problem is nothing to do with nozzles he knows the fan is blowing
the system works just not getting heat from the one zone so as said its a air lock or a malfunctioning control valve
lots of the older models actually had used glycol in some models

Premium heat transfer fluid
Use in RV Aqua-Hot and Hydra-Hot systems
Concentrated, 32 oz
Dilution chart included
Protects to -100 degree F

well I would have to assume they know what there doing so it must be pretty obvious (at least to me and I have worked on lots of them)
that either its air locked or the valve is simply not opening and that is very very easy for them to see when their in there

They still have the MH. They actually replaced the leaking pump, not the valve. I am just trying to figure things out too. We really want to head south soon!

Ok a post back you said they had fixed both things including the valve so? is the fan running and simply blowing cold air ?? If it is then it has to be the valve or air locked assuming the new pump is pumping
If the fans not running then its in the circuit board system
