Sounds more like a coil pack (or 2) fouled. Get the codes read from someone who knows what they are doing, the misfires have a threshold and don't always exceed it to throw a code but a good reader can see the misfire count per cylinder. I would say it's either the plugs or the coil packs. And once you know the cylinders it's misfiring on, pretty cheap way to test to see if it's either of those things.
