Where is water coming from?
How do you know tanks aren't full.........because level monitor doesn't show full?
Water is either leaking from a fitting under sink, leaking from toilet water valve, coming up thru shower drain, coming up thru toilet and leaking from ceiling exhaust fan if heavy raining is going on.
Locate where water is coming from.....then you can figure out how to stop/fix. - kyonuExplorerI just had an issue where the flushing mechanism was broken and leaked water each time I flushed. Check the back of the toilet where the water goes into the bowl, and scope the whole mechanism to see if it is leaking.
- cgmartineExplorerDo you have your hose connected to a shore water source? If you have a water filter, check under the sink and make sure it is not leaking. I had a similar problem. Make sure you also don't have a secondary water filter under the bathroom sink. The pressure of the water coming in caused a very small leak in the water filter, which overnight, filled up the bottom of my kitchen cabinet. Yours may be doing the same thing, and leaking over to the bathroom floor. The tanks are normally under the floor, so you shouldn't have a leak above them. Also check to make sure your water pump is not on and perhaps leaking.
- k8devinExplorerHmm..well, my monitors are telling me the tanks (both black and grey) are only 1/2 full..wouldn't they be showing as full if this was a leaking issue?

Many RV tank monitors are unreliable. See if emptying your tanks helps. - cgmartineExplorerk8devin, even if the tanks are empty, when you are hooked up to a water source, in most motorhomes, it bypasses the tanks and the water flows directly to your faucets. The tanks are only filled from the fill point outside the motorhome. This is where you have a small door that you unlock and insert the end of the water hose and let water flow in until you determine the tanks is full. Since you did not say if you are indeed connected via a hose to a water source like a spigot, I have to assume that is what might be causing the leak because it would create a constant flow of water into the motorhome, which would occur irrespective of whether the tanks are empty, or half empty, or full.

He said his black and grey tanks were not full, not his freshwater tank. - tenbearExplorerK8, Does the water on the floor smell or is it fresh water? Can you tell if it is water from the black tank by its appearance and or smell? Is your shower overflowing?
If none of the above, you probably have a leak in the fresh water system. - bsinmichExplorer

I think most newer MHs have a valve that switches to fill the tank and the hookup is the same position for everything. I haven't had a separate spot for filling from a hose since my '76 Fireball.
