I'm sure people look at my 02 Winnebago and just dream about the wealth that awaits them on the other side of the door. I guess if I drove some of the rigs you all drive, I'd be more worried.
I'm the guy that leaves his doors unlocked on my car when I park it. I figure if someone wants to steal an 06 minivan, they must really need a ride...and I doubt there is anything in our van that someone would want, except maybe the child seat or an empty McDonalds bag. :-) The way I see it, there is more risk to my electric locks eventually breaking then there is to someone wanting in.
On a similar note, my brother-in-law use to leave a note on his stereo asking any thieves to utilize the quick disconnects and not to destroy his truck wiring. They stole his stereo and ejected his cassette tape...guess they didn't appreciate his style of music.
