From there I will inspect it before signing anything so right now I'm not obligated to buy. Only thing that sucks is the folks that had it in rental extended an extra week so it's supposed to be dropped today at Cali. They were going to do the prep in Vegas but now the store in cali wants to do all the prep work there and from what the Vegas store said it was actually a good thing because their facilities in Cali are a lot better as far as equipment and on hand parts that may need replaced.
El Monte's refurb location is in California. That is probably where the complete refurbishment will get done. Take your time.
