IAMICHABOD beat me to it! Welcome fellow Chalet owner! Ours is a 2008 and we're very happy with her. Like you, we didn't set out to buy a previous rental but we found this one in our search and I did some poking around online and found this thread, and we decided to take the plunge! That was right about 4 years ago...no regrets! 31C model for us, how about you?
