Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

Welcome to the forum. We also bought a Chalet in 2015. No problems other than a failed cutoff valve on the propane tank. Only thing we didn't check on the inspection. I had never known of one to fail and probably would not have found it except I left the thermostat on and heard the furnace running.I suspect it was not working for a long time and no one knew it.
