Holstein13, glad to hear that you made it safe and sound and it worked out well. I'm not sure that I would have attempted that myself as I hate the unknown.
I had to pick up some friends in Ontario, CA, at the airport recently. The airport had major construction going on that would have caused a major problem for buses our size trying to maneuver through. I took the Honda so it was easy.
It turned out to be a very windy evening and some of the cones and signs had blown over which would have made it impossible in a coach without getting out to move the debris.
