CCK Onan generator.

Question

I am trying to install a CCK Onan Generator.  I can't find in the manual the mounting measurements. It is impossible to measure the mounting holes as the generator weighs a ton and I can't get a tape measure close enough to measure.  I am amazed that there are no mounting dimensions in the manual.   Someone please help me do any of you know the dimensions?  Thanks so much for your advice.  Going on the roof soon to try this capacitor replacement on the AC units

I have one of those old beasts. They are a great generator. Set it on a thin piece of plywood and mark the holes. Then transfer to your mounting area. I mounted mine on some flat steel then used vibration isolators  between the steel and the mounting base. Got the isolators from Grainger. Really cut down the vibration.

That makes me feel better I was worried if it was a good genset. it weighs a metric ton!!!!!!!!  Yeah I will try that. but it is so heavy I can't move it easily but will try.
