My v-10 goes to local auto and truck repair shop that has a large overhead door and bay for trucks. Oil change includes filters as needed, check and refill all fluid levels, lubrication as necessary, general overall inspection and sometimes a check with diagnostic reader for anything new. With synthetic oil, cost is ariund $125 or so.
