They are all only as good as their previous owners.
Roof maintenance is a must and if the previous owners of the RV didn't practice routine maintenance and stay on top of it is where you will find leaky coaches. That goes for owners of new too.
We all check our oil and air pressure faithfully. The roof inspection needs to be part of that regular routine also. Waiting for a leak to appear then addressing the problem is like closing the barn door after the horse is already out. Just saying. :C
