Was eternabond tape used on front and back caps? Seems like that is where the flexing occurs. My 2013 Monaco had several cracks front and rear caps. I used sticknbond tape. Same manufacture. Seems to be holding up. When it comes to roof leaks I prefer to inspect it my self. I use self leveling Dicor. I clean with mineral spirits first. You shouldn't have to scrape anything off at this point unless it is loose. Winnebago is trying to stay competitive and they build cheap like every one else. Surprised that it was a recall unless they have leak problems costing them money on warranty.
