My cruise stopped working year before last on my Southwind on a 2001 Ford F53 with the V10. My mechanic fixed it, but had a hard time finding the part. He said that Ford had quit manufacturing the cruise control unit for that chassis, and that no aftermarket company had picked it up. He wound up getting the unit from an out of state dealer who had one in stock.
