I totally disagree with the previous posters. First, remember water freezes at 32! You will have freezing on board your RV. A daytime high of only 38 will not hold the temperature inside and under the floor (where the water lines are) above freezing when the temps reach 23! I bet you experience temps below freezing in the RV long enough to risk freezing water pipes.
