Dunlop Tires Any Comments

I just priced Dunlop tires here in Bend. 245 70 19.5 $2100 out the door. Anyone have experience with these tires? Thanks Marv

Yep! Goodyear owns and makes Dunlop tires....nuff said....:B.....Dennis

Not in the US. It was purchased by Goodyear in 1999.

By the way, Dunlop is owned by SUMITOMO, and has been for almost 20 years....so, you can get the same tires, with the Sumitomo name for a pretty good savings over paying for the Dunlop logo....Learned that from a friend who is a tire dealer...bought Sumitomo for my old MH (36' DP) good tires!!!!

Currently have Dunlops on my KADP for three years, no problems.
Any tire should be fine with proper inflation pressure.

Also look at Hankook tires. Excellent quality and decent prices.

Can't help much, but I know Dunlops used to have an excellent reputation and were highly rated, but I'm talking 8-10 years ago. Haven't heard much about them more recently, fwiw.
