If the service was performed by a Dodge dealer, you should be able to have any Dodge dealer pull up the maintenance records of the vehicle by VIN number. Those records will show which recalls and other maintenance were performed on your vehicle.
Regarding the EGR recall - for the 6 cyl, it was actually a reprogramming of the ECM to prevent repeated EGR valve failures.
