I second the Aussie grill. I bought one for the house because it has a rotisserie and a friend has used one for many years. Now I am considering a table top one for the MH. It works just fine on a 15 amp circuit.
The heat control allows perfect consistency for the best medium rare steaks I have ever made. Grill marks on the outside and pink all the way through the inside, no gray meat. It does require flipping the filets three times every three minutes. Fresh Polish sausage smoked on the grill is great also.
