Both are great coaches...the 2 yr warranty and factory PDI at end of warranty plus their customer service made me side with Entegra..At the time the only thing close was a 4369 and the 2016 had a weight issue with the front axle...The 4018 only had 2 AC units and I wanted 3...When you are ready, I was treated well by NIRVC in Georgia who catered to my wife's needs and they made sure certain things were done to her specs (made life easier)...Also I heard they are getting Tiffin in there and yes I did look at a Tiffin and loved it but that dealer (in NC) would only give me 10% off and it had a rear radiator..I wanted a side radiator and a Spartan chassis which Newmar does at no charge now..I wanted that side radiator, a bath and a half and the heated floor along with being able to put out slides before leveling and to bring them in last. (that's a deal breaker with the DW)...so we went with Entegra...
