40# in front and 55# in rear produce a pretty smooth ride. Not entirely car-like but the banging and crashing are gone except for the really big bumps. Even my wife noticed the difference which says a lot.
I may go a little higher in the rear but I am starting to feel some porpoising going on at these pressures.
You will have to play with your pressures as each rig is different. Note that this is for a 2005 National RV Sea Breeze 1341 riding on a 22K chassis. My last motorhome was a 2002 Fleetwood Fiesta on a 18K chassis and the pressures needed to improve the ride for that chassis were lower.
