Have a 2002 Fleetwood Fiesta on a Ford frame. When I put it in gear coming home on my last trip the gear indicator shifted one position. Park is now Reverse, Neutral is Neutral etc... seems I lost low gear as well on the indicator. Anyone ever seen this. The coach has 38,0000 miles on it.

There is a bolt under the steering column that connects the shift cable to the gear shift linkage. I does come loose. If so, use red loctite when retightening.

The shift indicator is operated by a flexible cord that connects it to the shift lever assy. I suspect the cord has jumped a guide somewhere. You'll probably need to pull the upper steering column cover and possibly the instrument panel to track it down.

Over the last year the paneling on the interior roof above the storage cabinets has dropped down. It will not stay up if simply pushed back up in position. Has anyone encountered this and if so how was it addressed ? If an adhesive is warranted what kind was used ?
