Can someone help me identify the plug under my dash just over the right side of the brake pedal? The chassis is a 2014 Ford E450. The RV is a 2015 Thor Freedom Elite. Thx . . .

well I ordered an ELM 327 Interface that claims it "supports all OBDII protocols " and it doesn't work. I tried just about everything. THEY claim
you just plug it in, turn on your bluetooth and woola , well the woola was my hard earned dough flying out the window, hello.
