I use 76 and 294/68 fairly often in my MH. 76 is a little curvy and you do cross the AT but not a steep pull. 294 has been worked on recently and they straightened some of the curves. 68 is curvy too with one good climb and some of it is a little narrow but doable. If the inside of the curve has been widened it's a fairly sharp one so slow down. The leaves should be near peak so it will be a pretty ride.
At Tellico Plains I'd be tempted to unhook the toad and take 165/Cherohala Skyway scenic byway out and back as it should be spectacular. Would not even hook the toad back up for the 50 miles to Spring City.
