The rails were replaced with aluminum at Rupert's auto body in Carson handled by Tiffin. Then rain was coming in though light fixtures wall panels came loose and Tiffin came and took it back to Red Bay 1 month of repairs to roof and panels inside. We have talked with Phil that suggested Lazy Days in Sacramento for repair. But I also have Wade in service saying no dealer can do it right must come back. I was hoping someone had the work done. I just want it done right.
Okay I'm sorry but I continue to be confused. Phillip is the west coast rep. Wade (Humphres) is Tiffin's warranty manager and is also in charge of the service center in Red Bay. As far as I know, Phillip reports to Wade.
There is not a Lazy Days in Sacramento (they're in Tucson and Tampa). There is a Happy Daze in Sacramento so possibly that is who you are referring to.
Just what work needs to be done? And who do you feel was responsible for the failure? Rupert's or the service center in Red Bay?
In either case, if Tiffin authorized the original repairs under warranty, which have now somehow failed, they would be responsible for covering the necessary work to make it right. You should not have to pay anyone to drive your coach to and from Red Bay, and you definitely shouldn't have to pay for the repairs.
If you could provide more details as to the work that was done and exactly what you're current problems are, either I or someone else here might be able to offer some advice that might help you.
