Way to go, Eye! How do you like it? Comfy enough? And how did it do towing a trailer?
As far as Chiltons go, they ARE better than nothing. If I can't get a FSM, then I get both a Chiltons and a Haynes. Chiltons have better mechanical info, and the Haynes have wiring diagrams. The local libray usually has them, and a copy machine, so just go and photo-copy the info you need for next to free! :B
And it's still raining....
But, while we're talking about racing, this coming week-end at the Milwaukee Mile is some sort of aero-wars vintage stock car event, Sat and Sun. You know, the SuperBirds vs Daytonas vs Taledaga's, etc. Weather is looking to be perfect for it (mid 70's and sunny) and the photo op is too good to pass up! If you go, I'll be the drunken fool wearing a yellow 66 Charger shirt (after all, the 66 was the start of the aero-war cars, ya know!).
