Incredible Response From Winnebago

We purchased a new 2013 Winnebago Via 25R from Lichstinn in April. When we picked up the coach we were disappointed to find that the seating had been changed and the front seats no longer elevated when turned to face the rear of the coach. Even worse, the seats had no armrests on the window side of either seat. We contacted Ron Lichstinn and he got the ball rolling with Winnebago. Neal Flugum at Winnebago handled and we have two Mercedes armrests, the new high cushions for the seats and the proper colored armrest covers. Mercedes will put the armrests on for us.
Can't say enough good things about Lichstinn and Winnebago! Customer service at it's best!

  • Have always had great service from Winnebago. Anytime I email with a problem they phone the next working day. They also have always followed up a week or so later to see if the problem was solved.
  • From what I understand, this is a hot button issue with Via/Reyo customers.
