Their web site does list an extra charge for a cutaway model with body installed that's described as "Vehicle arriving with motorhome/bus/other body installed." That would seem to me to imply they will at least sometimes convert vehicles which were already motorhomes, at least for the Ford E-series where I was looking. I can't say for sure as I've never had any reason to investigate it myself.
