If the "wine-guard windup" is the Sensar (AKA Batwing) you most likely already have 12 volts going up the coax. You should have a wall plate near your TV where your coax attaches to. If there is an on/off button and an LED that lights when it's in the ON position, you should be all set. Just replace the Winegard antenna with the Jack.
The big question is why do you want to replace the antenna? The Batwing is considered the best RV antenna. If you are having poor reception, your problem most likely is not the antenna.
