Good Good Good! The Motor's Gear Box can be taken apart, cleaned, lubed, new friction parts installed. Motor (at least some of them) can be taken apart, cleaned and lubed.
Finally, there's a certain Ford power window motor that replaces Kwikee, too. I don't remember which Model and Year it takes. They're also different Left and Right. Only the correct "side" will fit. Some here have gotten them.
