We had exactly the same thing happen to us. We did have a key, but it was INSIDE the MoHO. Why I will never know, that's just where my husband chose to store it. We tried every key we could find and nothing worked, so we called a locksmith. he had it open in no time. Now I am seeing something called a bump key that unlocks everything if you know how to use it. Might be something to utube for the future.
