The Journey's have solid wood cabinets as does our Tour Master. I have seen the exact same cabinets in late model Phaetons. Newmar's cabinets are no better.

You bought an entry level class C. Very few of those have solid wood cabinets. I don't think Newmar even makes a class C. Actually the Winnebago Tour would be in the same price range as the Dutch Star. They are both well built units.
