Most excellent customer service!!

In today's world it seems that we only hear about the negatives that we all experience. Well, for once, I'm going to break that mold to send out a huge shout-out to Edmundson RV in Edinburgh IN. Without getting too long winded, we literally stumbled upon Edmundson's while on the road over the July 4th weekend. Having traveled extensively across the country, I have to say that we've never been "ecstatic" over the quality of customer service at any RV/Camper dealership. Maybe it's because we travel in a "C" class instead of a regal "A", lol. Nevertheless, at Edmundson's, we were blown away by the super cordial hospitality and tremendous service. Service Adviser Bill Mason and Part Mgr Lynn Johnson were the epitome of professionalism. If you are in their area, or passing through, these folks are certainly worthy of your business. You won't regret it.
  • RnR RV Center in Liberty Lake, WA is that way for me. They have a paved holding area with about 10 or 12 full hook ups for folks coming in the night before for service and for folks getting service that takes more than a day to complete.
  • Yes, a super RV service department can be trip-saving. Apache Camper in Lincoln, Nebraska is that for me.
  • Actually it was a simple "hard reset" on our fridge. But compared to previous experiences, their customer service and expedient work was what I considered "above and beyond". They seemed glad to "work us in", as opposed to a Major Chain that we contacted, who acted as if we were an inconvenience and didn't understand the term "passing through". The service adviser at the Major Chain told me, "we're full until mid-August. If you want to drop it off, we can look at it then"!
