Flip a coin. If it matters to you Ford is still building MH chassis, Workhorse gave up on MHs.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

That is an extremely open question. Both have their adherents and their detractors. Unless things have changed, a WH is not going to be new and you MAY have issues getting service locally. They did have an issue with brakes at certain times. They also had an Allison Trans which is a plus. The older Ford engines had some issues. The newer units with the upgraded engines are OK.

If you are talking handling, I can only speak to my two Ford base units. They were OK, especially after I did the 'cheap fix'. Between the two I ran up over 50K in 9 years. I would concentrate more on floor plan and the condition of the House. Of course you want to do a mechanical check, but if the house is coming apart at the seams does the chassis matter?
