The Newmar is 7 yrs. old the Foretravel is 11 yrs. old. Maintenance would be a major concern on either, make sure they both have records. The Foretravel will need new TV's if not done already, the Newmar may have the flat/thin TV's already.
If they want slides, I bet the Newmar has four, the Foretravel maybe one or two. The main issue I mentioned is maintenance...that will be the deal breaker.
Gotta look at tire dates too.
