Need a new awning. Please share where you got a great deal?

It's time for a new awning, replacing the fabric. Can you share where you got a great deal? Any tips if one type or brand is better than another? What to look for and/or avoid... I'll install it...

I bought the one for our TT off Ebay. It was priced right and still good almost 4 years later.

I just looked it up; I paid $148.00 for it, I think it was around 22-24' long. I can measure it when it gets home again.
