We have owned (3) new Newmars since 1999. We've owned our current MH for over 10 years now. If we ever buy another it will be another Newmar. They are made different than most (hung wall construction VS laminate that most use) and, IMO, stand the test of time better.
I was recently asked by a family friend if we had bought a new MH - not a bad question for a 10 year old piece. Our list of repairs is very, very short with none of them being "Newmar" issues. (Cooling unit in fridge, we need a new AC unit)
Last week we camped with friends who have a 2002 Dutch Star with over 100,000 miles on it; it still looks new.
Yes, I am a Newmar fan, but they've earned that.
