My husband removed all the loose caulk etc from our "Big Problem Roof" He glued and screwed down the loose plastic curve etc that was under the rubber roof. He also rubbed it down with a scrub pad and it is much whiter now-it was grayish with speckles. We plan on using Eternabond WebSeal along the sides-hopefully one solid piece per side plus pieces patching the tears in roof etc. and end cap joints with caulking before and after. We are going with the WebSeal instead of the Roof Seal because the Eternabond guy I talked to said that would be a better choice if we were planning on re-coating the entire roof. Too bad I forgot to ask him his idea on a coating material. Has anyone used a coating that held up for several years but yet is not super expensive and will be compatible with the WebSeal tape etc? I plan on trying to get a hold of the guy come Tuesday but would like to have a couple of products to throw at him. So cheap but good coatings that will last a few years? Hopefully something available at a local Home Depot or Lowes etc/??The MH will be under a covered shed when not in use.[img]
