Things we have already done.
1 changed both headlights, confirmed with continuity check.
2 replaced headlight switch. still no high beams.
3 replaced the relay (part number - H8002B).
4 checked every fuse in the coach. (continuity confirmed)
5. checked for power at the relay in both directions. power is good.

????

low beams work, as well as parking lights as well as the dash dimmer.

Functions you listed all work when ignition switch is or should be in on or accessory position. How does the ignition switch "feel"?
One problem down!

You never noticed before that the headlights were on all the time? Did you have critters get in the rig and eat wiring?
Are the relays plug-in style? Pull the low beam relay and see if they still lit.
Have you tried to look for wiring diagram on Newmar's website?
Newmar

I'll get Newmar involved Monday.. they don't work Fridays.

Well that doesn't work either.
spent 2 days trying to get NEWMAR to answer the phone, that doesn't work, so I sent them e-mail, the answer was to have Newmar send them a e-mail. so I set waiting for a call back.

getting parts? right a way, service not so much.

You might try set up the account login. It could be interactive to some point.
Memory says Newmar uses their own chassis, is that correct?
Do you have the Owner's manual. Is there anything in it about chassis operation?
