1. ALL 1200/1210 Norcolds have 2-12 volt cooling fans
2. The NO CO means FIND THE PROBLEM THAT CAUSED THE NO COOLING. Don't just restart and reset. The system is designed to PROTECT and stop you from Ruining the Cooling unit.
3. IF NOT in a slide room, you will have to PULL the refer out to replace the Fans AND the Fan Tstat. You ALWAYS replace both the Fan Tstat and BOTH fans if the refer is more than 5 years old.
4. IF the fans are inop, odds are the Fan tstat is the cause. Since you have to pull the refer to replace the Fan tstat, It is best to also replace the 2 fans.
5. When you replace the Fan Tstat and Fans, you run a 2-wire jumper from each side of the Fan Tstat down the backside of the refer and this allows you to manually engage the fans for future testing IF the fans fail again. The Fan tstat fails first and with the wire jumper you can run the fans manually to keep the refer cooling.
6. I doubt your Thermister is bad as it is rare for a faulty Thermister to cause a NO CO. It is more common to not allow correct lower temps. But the Thermister is a cheap and easy thing to replace. Replace it and when the refer is back operating correctly remove it and reinstall the old to see if it still operates correctly, then keep the new one as a spare. Doug
