Marv, while on I-5 before you get to Portland take the Hwy. #205 Exit, 205 it's less crowded and goes around the outskirts of Portland. Just before you leave Portland near the Airport there is a IKEA Store (Exit #1) a good place to park during the day and drive around in your toad or take there rapid transit! When your done get back on #205 North and it takes you across the Columbia River Bridge back to I-5 in Washington State. Happy Trails
