I have the onan 5000 and it runs great but getting it started is something else.It takes for ever to get gas to it, feel like it will wear my starter out.Does any one have that problem? Is there a way...
I am glad to hear I am not the only one whose Onan takes several seconds to start. But, it always starts, and that's the main thing.
I have never known how long to prime it. Or how frequently. It seems to me I shouldn't have to prime it if it ran yesterday. But, doing so seems to make it start quicker.
