Try the Oxygenics Shower head that everyone is referring to here. You'll have all the pressure you need from an RV shower head. Even in situations with low pressure, it amplifies the low pressure to make it more acceptable to use.

I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. Best money I'd ever spent on a shower head. In fact, I'm probably going to buy a spare to have on hand as a back up, should anything happen to the one we currently use.
