I can't imagine a sunny warm Sunday morning your laying in your bunk on a ship and bombs falling from the sky and torpedos coming at you from the water! A utter helpless and hopeless situation! All those WWII service men and women were very brave! I have the utmost dignity and respect for all WWII Vets.
