How can a person tell you how much damage and costs there would be without showing/telling you all damage. Just saying you have water damage and showing you a little bit isn't good enough. I would start by getting a second opinion after the first place shows you detail info on the problem. Having had roof damage by an accident, the service co. detailed everything that needed to be done.
