Sorry didn't read the brand. Your right HWH jacks
The BRACKETS are welded ON. You don't remove the brackets to remove an HWH cylinder. Doug- Bruce_BrownModeratorThose listed as non-rebuildable are most likely welded on both ends - no real way to take it apart and rebuild it. In those cases a good shop can machine open the one end, do the rebuild, then weld it back together. On a cylinder the size of a leveler it shouldn't take all that long either. Our shop often reworks/rewelds cylinders. You just need to find a shop with capable people.
- jerseyjimExplorerGo to the PowerGear website....somewhere it has all the model hydraulic jacks listed by number.
Hopefully, your "bad" jack has the number on it (mine had a yellow tag). Some (like mine (maybe yours) are listed as "non-rebuildable". But it could be replaced by a newer model...listed as rebuildable. I couldn't find out why...no matter....I could not find a shop that would rebuild it anyway. Seemingly, all the "hydraulic shops" around me only sell hoses and fittings.
Contacting PowerGear by phone, they would not sell me a new one. Only "authorized" commercial places like an RVdealer or shop.
Long story short, called my RV dealer..he ordered it. Over $600. And I did the install. Bolt-on. And that's another story. - anglerExplorerSorry didn't read the brand. Your right HWH jacks
- Bruce_BrownModeratorWe sell hydraulic kits every day. Take it to your local hydraulic shop, they should be able to do a rebuild while you wait, assuming there isn't anything too out of the norm. It's just a cylinder.

Interesting. You have a Tiffin. NEVER heard of Tiffin installing Powergear Jacks as OEM equipment. Doug(Tiffin dealer tech for 38 years)- MrWizardModeratormine are bolted on
