- OldmeExplorerInteresting.
Great designs built int he cars.
The Class C would make a nice spare
or carry in place of a golf cart.
MPG must be unbelievable. - Interesting documentary. My dad had a Kei dump truck for a short time. It had 4WD,a 6 speed manual transmission and an 1100 pound payload. The only thing it really lacked for a utility vehicle was ground clearance so he sold it and bought a side by side RTV.
- mlts22ExplorerI like the size of those vehicles in some ways, but I wonder how doable it would be to have all the basic amenities that class "B" users and class "C" owners are used to in such a small space. Maybe there can be some innovation in slideouts.

- chevyman2ExplorerWinnebago makes the REYO and Thor makes a VEGAS. Both of those could be considered a "Smart Car" on steroids.
They are very small (I guess they are considered more of a class B) officially called "RUVs" They are about the same lenght as a full size van, but NOT a "van body" and you can stand upright inside.
Yes the Japanese version is indeed smaller, but these little RUVs are a good USA replacement for Japans "K" series RVs - IAMICHABODExplorer IILeave it to the Japanese to come up with a Origami Class C :B
