Repair Shop Wait Times. What was the longest wait?

I bent the frame on my 5th wheel toyhauler about 5 years ago. It happened while trying to get it un-stuck from the sand at the dunes. Started hopping really bad and bent the frame. Got back, called insurance company and it took the repair shop almost 4 months to repair it. Not because that's how long the repair took, but they kept dragging their feet also. I would stop by there now and again during the process un-announced and low and behold...no work being done to my trailer.
