If it's anything like the latches on my Journey, you will have to remove the pop rivets that hold the latch to the door. Sometimes I will drill them out. Sometimes I just use a sharp chisel and cut them off and punch out the core. There should be a cover on the back side of the latch handle that you remove to disconnect the rod to the latch. Then just reassemble with the new latch and pop rivet the new one in place.
