I recently pulled my fridge to replace a bad electric element, it's actually pretty easy. maybe took 1/2 hour. Wrote up a blog post detailing it with a short video if anyone is interested in seeing what the procedure entails.
My drain hose ended up being cracked way up inside where I could not see it before pull out.
