roof question?

The motorhome I just bought has what looks like about four coats of mobile home cool seal on it. it's not leaking but I wondered if I should try to remove it and apply a good coat of rubberized RV coating or just leave it alone. Opinions?

    It's a 1994 Thor. NO, leave it alone if it's not leaking, you could end up opening a can of worms. IF it's not broke.....don't fix it.
