- CbonesExplorerI have over 90K miles on mine in 5 years, and no they have never been rotatated. I am getting ready to replace them as they are getting close to the wear bars. I doubt if I rotated them, that they would have lasted any longer. Btw I haven't used tire covers, just an occasional spray of 303 protectant, and there is no visible signs of wall cracking or deterioration on any of the tires. I have Michelin steer tires and goodyears on the duals. The steer tires were replaced very early at about 10K due to severe rivering. All has been good since.
- J-RoosterExplorerI'm not a tire expert! But I have a lot of experience being around tires! I have never rotated a tire on my Semi 44-1/4 years driving over the road (logged over 4 million miles) and, I have never rotated a tire on my RV and I've been RVing since 1976. My tire guy told me not to and I believed him, never asked him why, just did what I was told.

Since class A uses similar tires to a semi this is what I'd say. Check your steer tires they are probably different from your drive tires.
You ought to check out motorhomes a little better. I don't know of any that recommend different tires for each axle. - Tireman9Explorercomments and advice deleted by author. good luck and safe travels.
- mowermechExplorerNo, I don't rotate the tires on the motorhome.
Mainly because I have M&S traction tread tires on the rear, and I am "old school" enough that I still believe the direction of rotation of radial tires should not be reversed, so I won't put the left tires on the right side and vice versa.
I don't know, nor do I care, if that old canard is true these days or not. - wa8yxmExplorer IIIRotation of tires is to equalize the wear so that one tire does not wear out before the rest.
On a motor home tires do not wear out,, they die of old age or injury. But they do not wear out. - bluwtr49Explorer II

Seems tough to rotate the tires since it would require taking the tires off the rims and than remounting them.
I guess that depends on what you're driving. My tires and rims are all identical.
True, on ours the front and rear rims are reversed, the inner rears are steel, while the tag uses different tires. - DSDP_DonExplorerRotating tires on a DP would quickly become expensive and problematic. I find that some of the truck tire shops don't have a clue on where to jack up motor homes and then beat the heck out of the rims. If my motor home had steel wheels that were all the same, I might rotate them if there was an issue.
- JaybirdExplorerThanks for ALL the GREAT responses!!!!!!!
I never rotated the old Class C
and now in my senile age wondered if I should have or should now the Class A. LOL
thanks
